Estraggo Light is the novelty of Siqur Salute and is an extractor designed for those who want to achieve the highest possible performance even in the home as the family, with a quality at the lowest possible cost.
The characteristics of Estraggo Light, in terms of structure, power, extraction force and reliability over time are far superior to those of any other extractor in the market in the same price range.
This has been possible thanks to the implementation of a 200 watt induction motor (AC), thanks to which juices can be extracted from any type of fruit and vegetables (even the hardest ones such as pomegranate, red turnips and carrots) in total safety (continuous duration 30 minutes).
The extractor is also equipped with an extra-large 75 mm mouth which facilitates the introduction of fruits and vegetables even in very large pieces (a carrot can also be inserted whole) and is self-cleaning: just fill it with water up to the recommended level and operate the switch, the extractor turning will self-clean and will be ready for later use.
The final cleaning must be done only at the end of the day and thanks to the special toothbrush takes just 2 minutes.
Moreover, thanks to the two filters supplied (fine hole filter and blind hole filter) in addition to the classic extracts, it is possible to make both vegetable milks and soft ice creams and sorbets.



COMPARISON WITH THE CENTRIFUGE.



There is a lot of difference between an extract of fresh fruit and vegetables cold extracted with Estraggo LIGHT and a centrifuge. 
Here are some of the biggest differences.
1) Nutritional content: Extracts obtained with Estraggo LIGHT retain 68% of the enzymes and vitamins contained  in fruits and vegetables, about 4 times more than the centrifuge (17%).
2) Oxidation :The juice generated during the extraction process is not subjected to any oxidation, as opposed to centrifuges where there is a high oxidation.
3) The extract is composed mainly of juice, rather than predominantly of water, as in the centrifuge and this is immediately observed by observing the separation between juice and water that takes place in the centrifuges.
4) Low rotation speed: the number of revolutions/min of the engine of an extractor is by definition low as opposed to centrifuges that have a very high rotation speed, from 1000 to 25,000 rpm or more. 
It is easy to understand how, if you press anything on a perforated cylinder that rotates even only at 1,000-2,000 revolutions/min, this will warm up to very high temperatures, equal to or greater than 50° C. We know that at this temperature the enzymes die and the vitamone oxidize in the powerful air vortex created by the centrifuge, so the juice extracted will be very deficient in some of the most important and essential substances to the organism that we derive from raw vegetables.
